Youth Fellowship
The UMYF at Highland is active in the life of the church, school, and community. We meet regularly on Sunday evenings at 6:00 for a meal & fellowship, service, or worship. Our youth are involved in the morning worship services by serving as Acolytes, participating in the Puppet Ministry, and singing/playing in the Youth Choir. We participate in events offered by the Petersburg District and the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church.
 On Wednesday evenings there is a small group meeting for the youth at 7 pm. We meet at the church or other locations around the city. Currently we are reading the book, What Does God Want From Me?
Sunday School meets Sunday mornings at 9:45 for:
Confirmation (6th grade, room 33)
Jr. High (7th & 8th grade, room 1) and
Sr. High (9th - 12th grade, room 2).
Youth Choir meets at 5:00 pm on Sunday afternoon. If you are interested in learning about one of our activities or would like more information please contact Andrew at the church or at Drew@highlandumchurch.net.
